• Map your rework workflow — what arrives, in what condition, what's done to it, where it goes next
• Design a station-by-station cell layout — CAD drawings with dimensions, workstation specs, tool lists, parts flow
• Specify equipment and tooling for each station — vendor-agnostic recommendations with budget options
• Build a staffing plan — how many people, which skills, what training
• Estimate throughput and capacity

You receive a complete rework cell design package: CAD layout, workstation specification sheets, tool and equipment procurement list, staffing and training plan, SOP templates for each station, and a 90-day implementation timeline.
