The Assembly Workflow Documentation Package captures your process — any assembly process — in PBR's standardized format.

Here's how it works: You record a video of your best assembler building the product from start to finish, talking through each step. Send us the video. Within two weeks, we return:

• A step-by-step work instruction document with photos captured from your video at each critical step
• Tool and torque specs at every fastener
• Quality checkpoints after each major assembly phase
• A materials and consumables list
• An estimated cycle time per step (based on your video timing)

Delivered as a printable PDF and an interactive digital version. Built in PBR's in-house format — the same documentation standard we use for our own assembly lines. Covers assemblies up to 50 steps. More complex assemblies quoted separately.
